"I'm grateful for the service that Rick provided to re-key my home's door locks. I gave him a large amount of locks to work on and some of them were real challenges, either because of their degraded state from weathering / debris or because the doors were out of alignment. His calmness and positive outlook throughout the day while he worked hard on all of the locks was much appreciated. He took time to explain, offer options, and answer questions and to make sure that he was leaving everything in the best state possible for me, which I greatly appreciated. Rick went above and beyond to even fix the mistakes that the hardware store locksmith made on one of the locks. We're lucky to have his expertise available to us in the area and he will be the only person that I call when I need a locksmith in the future."
